Motion to approve pre-paid check #69840-69864 in the amount of $354899.58 and current checks #69865-69935 in the amount of $194722.97. d. Motion to approve the Street Use Permit applications for McFarland Fire & Rescue for an Open House occurring on October 11th from 5:00 to 9:00 pm on Milwaukee St. e. Motion to approve the recommendation from Police Chief Sherven that the Parade Permit application submitted by Jim Hartman for the Community Halloween Parade on October 28th at 3:00 pm be approved and the permit be issued.

1) Discussion and action on Ordinance 2017-20: an Ordinance to rezone lands at 3583 County Highway MN owned by the McFarland School District from A-1(Exclusive Agriculture) to R-1 (Single Family Residential). 2) Discussion and action regarding a Development Agreement and Release with Veridian Homes for Phase 5 of the Juniper Ridge Subdivision.

Discussion and action regarding a Development Agreement to authorize a Tax Increment Financing Gap Loan request for Phase II of Waubesa Village for a 27-unit multi-family residential project proposed by Ryan Quam of Waubesa Village LLC.

Transmittal of the draft 2018 Budget from Village Staff to Village Board for review and consideration
